	Pamela obligingly dropped the half-broached subject. "With everything 
that's happened, we're not to go anywhere alone," she said. "And I'm 
afraid I'm not terribly keen on anything to do with the Fitzroys just 
now. I wonder that you can drink at all, though -- if I started, I 
daresay I'd not have the will to stop!"
