"We're not sure," Braham replied quietly so that they could hear voices 
coming from upstairs. "Someone is in the lift, someone else is 
yelling.  You're safe here though. We'll help get it sorted out." With that 
he stepped into the hallway.

"Anyone wish to follow me downstairs?"
