Arabella noticed the little scene, too, and watched it quietly, with some concern. But she did not know either Nola Diamond nor their host well enough to intervene, or express a vocal opinion. Still... it was troubling in its gaucherie, its implications.. not to mention the fact that it was not Marty Fitzroy she believed to be involved with the young actress....
