"Ah!" Richard snapped his fingers. "Father told me that, I think... I'm 
sorry, I was a little vague while he was telling me about the family flat. Afraid I 
was trying to guess where he was stowing away all his secret caches. I'm 
Richard." He stuck out his hand. "Lord Richard Benwick. Flat 5."

"My pleasure, sir.  Your father was very gracious when he stayed here.  I 
hope that you find the accomodations to your liking?  Everything in working 
order?"  Hodges inquired pleasantly.  Such a polite young man!
