skitter (if one could do that in the air) away from her.  She began sense
the same phenomena as Suhuy, as the hair on the back of her neck rose, and
she smelled a faint ionization in the atmosphere...

She pursued the cloud, concentrating harder even as electricity seemed to be
pulsing through the air.  

Mandor seemed about to speak.  Then he shook his head, and simply continued
to watch.
